Over 30 restaurantes participated in the celebration, that happened simultanously throughout the nation, They were either typical argentinian style restaurants, or restaurants that offered special dishes/wines from Argentina, including discounts and special promos.
The Culinary Week was sponsored by Shufersal Supermarkets, Malamud Insurance, Jaike BakeryProducts, and Stop-Latino.

The Culinary Week started with a launching party on Thursday, Dec. 10th. Among the guests were: restaurant owners/representatives, journalists, actors, and renowned political personalities.
On top of enjoying a delicous ´gourmet asado´, there was a Tango show, lighting the Chanuka candles, and a short speech by Ambassador García.
